About We’re Urgently seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work in a nursing home facility. As an LPN, you’ll play a key role in providing quality care, supporting residents’ well-being, and assisting the nursing team in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. Position Overview: Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document residents’ health status and report any changes. Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
