About the Role We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services and GraphQL APIs that power physician network growth, member engagement, and operational decision-making. This role is focused on performance-oriented backend development using Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and GraphQL. You will design scalable backend services, build production-ready APIs, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable software. We're looking for someone with comprehensive knowledge of the NestJS framework, strong production experience with Apollo GraphQL, and a deep understanding of how GraphQL integrates into the NestJS application lifecycle.
