On behalf of our client, a major real estate development in Limassol, we are seeking an experienced Marketing and Sales Manager to lead the project’s sales strategy and market development across Cyprus and international markets. The ideal candidate will bring extensive Cyprus real estate experience and a strong network of brokers, investors and strategic partners. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and marketing activities in line with the development’s commercial goals, pricing and overall market positioning. Establish sales targets, identify priority markets and buyer segments, and monitor sales performance against agreed objectives.
