About this role
Job Description: The Surface Land Technician is responsible for preparing complex and routine correspondence for other required documentation signers. The position will assist the Surface Land Coordinator in preparation of oil and gas related surface agreements and other various contracts. This role will review invoices, code to appropriate AFE and circulate for approvals, troubleshoots and solves problems related to invoices and coding. The Surface Land Technician will interact with industry business associates, including but not limited to operators, midstream companies, co-tenants, and other surface owners. They will respond to partner submittals and work across company disciplines including Land, Accounting, Drilling, Geology and Operations.…
