SUMMARY OF POSITION At Perry Homes, benefits are a core part of how we support our people and their families. As we continue to grow, we need a Benefits Manager who can own the details, lead with intention, and continuously improve how our benefits work for employees. This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will lead our benefits programs, manage a Benefits Specialist, and take an active role in strengthening our self-funded plans.
