About The Role The Site Planner 2 is primarily responsible for completion of site plans, reviewing title commitments, and supporting the New Home Starts department as needed. What You’ll Do Complete final site plans. Review and approve Title Commitments. Set up preliminary site plans from surveys or plats on AutoCAD. Maintain an understanding of current Perry Homes design standards, code and community guidelines, as they apply to site plans, redraws, and lot fits. Responsible for quality and accuracy of all drawings. From time to time must complete projects on very short notice with extreme time constraints. Review, approve, and correct title commitments as assigned. Assist with redraws, lot fits, and sold home forms as needed.…
