About this role

**INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY*** Training Program Purpose and Objectives The training program is a 52-week program of documented didactic and practical laboratory training in a CLIA licensed laboratory. The program will provide high quality training and professional preparation to qualified employees to prepare them to enter the workforce as professionals in the field of clinical molecular genetics. The objectives of the program are to train competent molecular genetics biologist scientists who can work independently with the ability to interpret, implement and troubleshoot established procedures. The trainee is considered a full-time employee with a job classification of trainee, with all applicable wages and benefits. The trainee is the direct report of the program director or designee.…
