About this role
Role overview PetroApp is seeking a hands-on CRM Solutions Architect / Implementation Specialist to design, build, and continuously improve our CRM environment. You will own the CRM lifecycle – from business-process discovery and solution design through configuration, automation, integration, reporting, user adoption, and ongoing optimization. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, and Technology to translate business requirements into simple, scalable CRM solutions.
