We are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our Accounting team at our Global Support Center in Scottsdale, Arizona. What You’ll Do: Monitor ServiceChannel work orders, proposals, invoices, and other activity; identify exceptions and take corrective action. Review and process NTE adjustments, IVR exceptions, work-order status corrections, and related workflow issues.
