1. Role Summary The AIT Value & Performance Lead owns the value case for Pfizer China’s AI portfolio — business cases, KPIs and benefits realization, with model-cost as a core value lever. The role converts market insights into Build-Buy-Partner and AI investment decisions, and identifies globally reusable China capabilities, framing the value case and prioritizing productization investment. Working across the AITO acceleration and portfolio teams, the role provides the economic discipline and performance transparency that guide what AI is worth doing, at what cost, and where China-for-Global reuse creates the most value. 2.
