ROLE SUMMARY Reporting to the Chief Oncology Medical Officer, the Head of Oncology Medical Affairs Business Operations leads the day-to-day business operations, planning, governance, resource management, communications, and organizational enablement required to advance the priorities of the Oncology Medical Affairs organization. As a member of the Oncology Medical Affairs Leadership Team (OMALT), this leader serves as a trusted operational partner to the Chief Oncology Medical Officer and works across Medical Affairs, Oncology, Research, Development, Commercial, People Experience, Finance, Communications, and other enabling functions to translate priorities into coordinated execution.…
