The Regional Director, I & I is the direct manager and strategic field leader for a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers supporting Pfizer’s I & I portfolio. FRMs report directly to this role and operate under its strategic direction, day-to-day guidance, compliance oversight, and performance management.
