About this role

Purpose Own the strategic direction and front end of the Pfizer International investment system: co-develop how markets move towards the AI-native commercial model, convert that direction into the investment thesis, and determine what enters the funnel and reaches the Investment Committee. The role ensures that capital is directed towards the most important opportunities rather than merely processing the opportunities that happen to arrive. Key accountabilities · Co-develop market-level AI-native roadmaps with country presidents, cluster presidents, therapeutic area leaders and other senior market stakeholders.
