ROLE SUMMARY: The Global Operation Services Center (GOSC) is seeking a highly motivated Manager, Incentive Compensation Design to lead incentive compensation strategy and design for Pfizer's Tier 3 International Markets. In this role, you will partner directly with business leaders across diverse global markets to develop bonus plans, quota-setting methodologies, and recognition programs that motivate customer-facing colleagues and drive business performance.
