About this role

Position Purpose The ELREXFIO Marketing Team Lead is responsible for developing and executing the ELREXFIO franchise strategy in Japan to maximize value for patients and deliver revenue and profitability objectives. This role has business and P&L accountability for ELREXFIO, covering both the existing business and planned indication expansions. The role leads brand and launch planning, financial forecasting, performance management, and the effective prioritization of financial and human resources.
