Role summary Business Assessment (BA) is Pfizer's independent, enterprise commercial assessment function within Global Commercial Analytics (GCA), informing investment decisions across pipeline, business development, and lifecycle management through evidence-based forecasts and business case assessments. BA answers one question for every asset it touches: should Pfizer invest, prioritize, or change course — independent of asset advocacy, with explicit ranges and scenarios rather than single-point answers.
