ROLE SUMMARY The Lung cancer portfolio is one of the fastest growing portfolios in Pfizer Oncology and includes the following brands: LORBRENA, BRAFTOVI/MEKTOVI Lung and XALKORI. Lung cancer is the most common cancer, and LORBRENA, our ALK+ inhibitor has been prescribed to over 12,000 patients since launching in the US in 2018. At ASCO 2024, the unprecedented 5-year follow analysis of the pivotal Phase 3 CROWN trial was presented and published. This practice-changing data is expected to solidify LORBRENA’s position in treating patients with ALK+ metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). BRAFTOVI+MEKTOVI is indicated for adult mNSCLC patients with a BRAF V600E mutation.…
