About this role

ROLE SUMMARY The Vice President, Integrated Medicines Business (IMB) East is a senior commercial leader responsible for driving portfolio performance across the eastern United States. As one of two co-owning VPs of the newly formed IMB, this leader operates as an enterprise partner — sharing accountability for national strategy, culture, and brand partnership effectiveness while individually owning regional execution. The East VP holds direct oversight of five Regional Business Directors (RBDs). This role serves as the primary brand interface for Nurtec ODT, Zavzpret, Eliquis, and Paxlovid across the eastern region, and is a critical bridge between today's portfolio and the anticipated launch of Pfizer's first GLP-1 / obesity asset.
