About this role
We’re looking for someone who feels at home with people but also can’t ignore when something is inefficient, slow, or unnecessarily manual. Someone who will sit in a room with colleagues, help them, talk to them, understand them… and then go back and think: “How do we make this smoother, faster, and less painful next time?” What this role is You’ll be part of a small HR team (Head of HR + Talent Manager), owning the operational side of people experience and continuously improving it.
