About this role
The Best Players Need the Best People. The Coordinator, TPC Talent & Culture supports the TPC Network. This role serves as a key liaison between clubs, departments, and shared service partners to ensure the effective delivery of Talent & Culture programs and processes. This position also supports data integrity, reporting, employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and special projects designed to enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness across the TPC Network. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; or equivalent business experience. Minimum 2 years of human resources experience. Experience with recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance preferred. Experience utilizing HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.…
