About this role

We are seeking a Senior Virtualization Engineer to support infrastructure initiatives for the Air Force Reserve Command environment at Robins AFB. This role will focus on optimizing and maintaining an existing VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) deployment while supporting the rollout of a new VCF fleet architecture. The environment currently runs VCF 5.2 and will expand to a VCF 9 fleet, consisting of a management domain and up to 14 workload domains. The engineer will play a key role in performance optimization, security hardening, and ensuring compliance with Department of Defense security standards. This is an onsite role within a secure government environment, requiring hands-on experience with VMware infrastructure and familiarity with DoD security compliance requirements.…
