OVERVIEW
As a Senior Product Manager at Phia, you'll help define and build the future of AI-powered shopping. You'll own major product initiatives from strategy through execution, working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Leadership to identify opportunities, solve complex user problems, and deliver experiences that drive meaningful business impact.
This role is equal parts strategic and hands-on. You'll be responsible for shaping product direction, making thoughtful prioritization decisions, and leading cross-functional teams to ship high-quality products at startup speed.
