About this role

Job Details PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for supporting the Environmental Services (EVS) Director in the oversight and day-to-day facilities’ EVS Department operations. The Operations Manager successfully coordinates and directs all operational activities as directed by the EVS Director and the THOMAS JEFFERSON UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL Administration. The Operations Manager works collaboratively with all levels of leadership teams at THOMAS JEFFERSON UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL and within the Health System, as directed. Develops and implements effective cost reduction plans and implementation processes that support THOMAS JEFFERSON UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL EVS goals, objectives, strategies, policies, and procedures.…
