About this role

Job Details Supports the Acquisition Specialist in the review and processing of the requirements of the asset inventory, OR and individual requesters and products and services. Assures timeliness of order placement and delivery. Maximizes the use of the institution’s contracted vendors and products within pre-established limits in accordance with established procurement policies and procedures. Makes every effort to consolidate orders for particular vendors to minimize activity fees, order processing and fees and shipping expense. Job Description Schedule: Monday - Friday (8 am - 4:30 pm) No weekends. No holidays. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Place approved orders directly with vendors via phone,fax,EDI or other appropriate methods.…
