Job Details The Associate Director of Admissions conducts and directs recruitment, selection, and yield activities for assigned application pools. All efforts are focused on optimizing applicant and advisor relationships as well as funnel conversion rates in the achievement of stated goals (headcount, quality, revenue, and composition). This is a highly collaborative position that leverages the work of academic partners, administrative partners, and Jefferson Enrollment Management colleagues to achieve goals.
