Job Title Mechanical Assembler Job Description תחומי אחריות ביצוע עבודות הרכבה, אינטגרציה ובדיקות של מכלולים ומערכות בהתאם להוראות עבודה, מפרטים ונהלים מוגדרים . ביצוע בדיקות איכות לאורך תהליך הייצור, תוך הקפדה על דרישות האיכות והבטחת תקינות המוצר . וידוא התאמת רכיבים, חלקים, מכלולים ומסמכי ייצור לדרישות לפני העברתם לשלב הבא בתהליך . הפעלה בטוחה ומקצועית של מכונות, ציוד, כלי עבודה ועמדות ייצור בהתאם להנחיות ולנהלי העבודה . ביצוע כיוונים, הגדרות והתאמות לציוד בהתאם לדרישות הייצור והפיתוח, לרבות תמיכה בהרצות פיילוט (Pilot Runs). מעקב אחר איכות המוצרים, זיהוי חריגות וליקויים וביצוע פעולות בהתאם להנחיות לצורך שמירה על סטנדרט איכות גבוה . זיהוי, איתור ותיעוד תקלות, חריגות ואי־התאמות בתהליך הייצור ודיווח לגורמים הרלוונטיים לצורך טיפול מהיר ויעיל .…
