Job Title Product Quality Engineer Job Description Job Responsibilities Owns and drives the quality performance of manufacturing processes, ensuring processes consistently meet defined quality, regulatory, and product requirements. Monitors process quality performance using KPIs such as First Time Right (FTR), DPU/DPMO, yield, defects, rework, scrap, and process capability. Identifies process quality risks and leads initiatives to reduce process variation, defects, and quality escapes. Performs structured root-cause analysis of manufacturing defects and process failures using 5-Why, Fishbone, 8D, DMAIC, and other problem-solving methodologies. Leads and facilitates investigation of Non-Conformances (NCs), Quality Notifications (QNs), and manufacturing-related quality issues.…
