Job Title Service Innovation Engineer Job Description As a Service Innovation Engineer , you will be part of the Image Guided Therapy Systems – Customer Services – Service Innovation team. The Image Guided Therapy Systems (IGT-Systems) Business Unit is responsible for the marketing, development, manufacturing, and service of X-ray systems (including Quality & Regulatory), supporting cardiac and vascular diagnosis, interventions (e.g. angioplasty, stents), and surgery. Within IGT-Systems, Customer Services ensures products can be installed, maintained, repaired, and upgraded efficiently, minimising material and labour costs and reducing customer downtime.
