Job Title Sr. Deductions Specialist Job Description Sr. Deductions Specialist Review and resolve high-volume deductions for large customer accounts, identifying discrepancies and coordinating solutions when needed. Build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional partners to support effective account management. Your Role Manage deductions and short-paid invoices across a portfolio of large, high-volume customers, investigating discrepancies and driving timely resolution. Coordinate deduction activity related to returns, shortages, trade claims, and compliance issues, ensuring appropriate documentation and ownership. Partner with customers to identify process gaps and align ways of working to help reduce recurring deductions and improve efficiency.…
