About this role

Job Summary We're looking for an IT Officer to ensure the stability, security, and continuous performance of the agency's tech infrastructure, software systems, computer networks, and GDS software integration. You'll support daily operations, help minimize technical downtime, protect client data, and drive technology adoption across all departments. Key Responsibilities Systems Infrastructure & Support Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot office hardware, network switches, routers, firewalls, printers, and workstation setups.
