About this role

pcl. is entering a new chapter. We're calling it pcl. 4.0, and it's built around three practice areas: Strategy & Operating Model, Process & Digital Transformation, and People, Culture & Workforce. This role sits inside Process, Service & Digital Transformation, and it's a senior one — we need someone who can walk into a client's messiest processes, figure out what's actually broken, and lead the team to fix it. We're looking for a consultant who can do both well: hold their own in a boardroom conversation about strategy, and then sit down and actually design the automation, the workflow, and the architecture that make the strategy real.
