Position Description – Real Estate Tax Manager Position Summary The Real Estate Tax Manager serves as the operational leader of the Real Estate Tax function. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of real estate taxes across the company’s national shopping center portfolio and joint ventures while driving process improvement, internal controls, reporting, and team development initiatives. The Real Estate Tax Manager will supervise a Senior Real Estate Tax Analyst and serve as the primary operational leader for tax bill administration, assessment notice management, appeals tracking, consultant coordination, process modernization efforts and budget / forecasting support.…
