Help bring great people into Philz and create a hiring experience that feels thoughtful, organized, and human from the very first interaction. As a Recruiting Specialist , you’ll be at the center of our day-to-day recruiting process, helping keep hiring moving across the organization while supporting candidates and hiring teams along the way. You’ll manage key recruiting activities including job postings, interview coordination, offers, pre-employment steps, and applicant tracking, while also taking direct ownership of recruiting for the Barista position.
