About this role

As Philz continues to grow and expand, the strength of our accounting foundation matters more than ever. We’re looking for a Senior Accountant who can bring technical expertise, sound judgment, and leadership to complex areas of the close and financial reporting process. You’ll partner across FP&A, Operations, and Supply Chain to translate financial activity into meaningful business insight, while strengthening controls, improving processes, and supporting audits as the company scales. You’ll also serve as a trusted technical resource and help develop the next level of talent across the accounting team. This role is currently remote and must be based within the Greater Los Angeles area. Our teams will return to a hybrid office environment in Long Beach, CA in Q1 of 2027.…
