About this role
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be an essential part of our mission to Better Days by caring for the team, systems, and equipment that keep our production, packaging, and roasting operations running. Through your work in preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance, you’ll lead our Maintenance program and create a safe, reliable environment where every team member can do their best work.
This role is an on-site position based at our Roasting Plant in Oakland, CA. The shift is Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Maintenance & Sanitation
Ensure all plant equipment is functioning by performing all preventive and corrective maintenance actions and record data into CMMS system (issue, resolution, parts used, labor)…
