About this role

SYNOPSIS: This position is primarily responsible for supporting the preventative maintenance and basic hardware error troubleshooting of the automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS). The AS/RS Technician I will be expected to read system schematics and collaborate with logistics personnel and Viastore hotline support to assist in resolving system errors. This role includes documenting maintenance activities, error resolutions, and work orders in the facility’s CMMS software system. The AS/RS Technician I may also assist with general facility maintenance tasks as prioritized by the Facilities Manager. All facilities personnel are expected to perform their duties in a manner that ensures the safety of themselves and all employees.…
