This role provides comprehensive care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults with congenital and acquired heart disease across the full continuum of care. The APP will partner closely with pediatric interventional cardiologists and multidisciplinary care teams to support cardiac catheterization procedures, outpatient clinic management, inpatient consultations, and longitudinal patient follow-up.…
