This role focuses on intensive symptom management, acute pain control, and emotional support for patients facing terminal illnesses and their families. Operating within an Interdisciplinary Group (IDG), the Inpatient RN rapidly assesses changes in patient condition, administers complex comfort care protocols, and coordinates continuous care during crises, ensuring a dignified, peaceful, and pain-free environment.
