New York, New York Job Description Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP is seeking to hire a 3rd or 4th year associate to join the New York Litigation-General practice group in the Litigation Global Business Unit. Candidate must have strong academic credentials and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, oral advocacy, research, writing, and analytical skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of litigation (fact investigation, pleadings, discovery, experts, motions, pretrial, trial, settlement, etc.) and developing and maintaining strong business and client relationships.
