About this role
We are building the team from scratch and want you to be a hands-on IC from day one. After that, we will gradually start building the team. Responsibilities: The main responsibility is to ensure and improve the availability of our trading binary: Operational management of trading activities, proactive trading monitoring; Incident management, rapid escalation, and mitigation; On-call duty; Debugging (C++ and Python code) and issue classification; Developing observability metrics and trading analytics; Staying informed (reading financial and technical news, monitoring exchange newsletters).…
