This role is responsible for conducting HR / ER investigations, collaborating with key stakeholders for DAP (disciplinary action plan) compliance, coaching & capability building of business / line leaders on ER processes, fostering a culture of high engagement and ethical conduct, acting as a subject matter expert in matters related to labour and employment, new labour codes, maintaining 100% statutory compliance across manufacturing units and office locations across India & working with trade unions.…
