About this role
Pixlr Group is looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager, IT Operations to keep our production services and workplace technology dependable. You’ll investigate incidents, handle IT assets, manage Google Workspace, endpoints and office networks, coordinate vendors, and guide the IT support team, without losing touch with the technical work. The Job: 1. Production Operations & Service Reliability Monitor production and staging environments, including service availability, application health, system performance, scheduled activities, and operational alerts.
