We are looking for an Instructional Designer for our Learning & Development Team — a role focused on solving business and performance challenges through learning rather than simply creating training content.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a corporate L&D environment, applying a product mindset, and making decisions even when data is incomplete.

Design end-to-end learning experiences, including learning architecture, learning paths, practice activities, reinforcement, and transfer to the workplace…
