ASSISTANT GENERAL COUNSEL Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) THE RUNDOWN The person in this role will work with the General Counsel and other senior executives to develop and implement corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives and compliance functions, advise on company strategies and their implementation, assist in managing the legal function, monitor and update the company’s legal and regulatory compliance needs and oversee the work of outside counsel. The Assistant General Counsel is directly involved in complex business transactions, negotiating critical contracts, litigation, real estate, employment and intellectual property matters and providing legal support for mergers and acquisitions, including transition and integration efforts, and financing transactions.…
