ASSISTANT GENERAL COUNSEL Berwyn, PA (Hybrid) THE RUNDOWN The person in this role will work with the General Counsel and other senior executives to develop and implement corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives and compliance functions, advise on company strategies and their implementation, assist in managing the legal function, monitor and update the company’s legal and regulatory compliance needs and oversee the work of outside counsel.
