We need a Social Media Lead who lives and breathes organic content strategy, knows every algorithm update the day it drops, and can build repeatable, creator-specific playbooks that actually move the needle on social media growth and monetary growth for our top talent.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Strategy & Research
- Develop bespoke social strategies for top-tier Playbook talent
- Research viral trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features across Instagram and TikTok
- Track and analyze performance of our top talent weekly
- Run weekly viral content analysis and distribute insights to the team
- Publish a recurring newsletter on social trends relevant to our creator verticals…
