About this role The challenge As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you’ll play a key role in shaping Plenit’s financial strategy as we enter our next stage of growth, including our upcoming Series B fundraising. Your mission will be to build a robust financial roadmap that supports our rapid expansion across Europe and Latin America, ensuring scalability, sustainability, and strong financial performance. You’ll lead the Finance and Legal teams, building and scaling a high-performing organization focused on efficiency, accountability, and strong governance. You’ll drive financial planning, reporting, compliance, and operational excellence, while implementing systems and processes that support a growing, international SaaS business.
