About this role The challenge We are looking for a Product Lead for IT Management to lead one of the most strategic parts of Plenit’s next chapter: helping IT Service Providers manage technology at scale, automate more of their operations, expand what they sell, and ultimately become better Technology Partners for their customers. At the centre of this vertical is our IT Management service, bringing together capabilites such as RMM, MDM, ITSM, Security compliance, AI workflows automation. But the mission goes further. You will also help shape how new capabilities and third-party solutions enter the Plenit ecosystem through our Marketplace, how they are packaged and monetized, and how we bring them successfully to market.
