Purpose Statement: Transition Management role is to lead the Plexus Transition System in the development and execution of Transition Programs and Projects across Plexus Regions and Plexus Market Sectors globally. Transition Management leads the Transition Program of Work & associated Projects by working with internal & external stakeholders including Plexus Program Management & CFT (Customer Focus Team) in addition to other SME’s (Subject Matter Experts) inside & outside Plexus. Key Job Accountabilities: Works within the Plexus organization to design transition project teams , and leads wider teams when managing international programs.
