About this role

The Role The Manager, UI/UX leads the team responsible for creating simple, effective, and engaging digital experiences that balance user needs, Brand Ambassador needs, and business objectives. The role sets UX/UI direction across the consumer shopping experience and the tools Brand Ambassadors use to run their businesses. This player-coach owns the Plexus Design System, leads a small team of designers and content specialists, and partners with Product, Marketing, IT, and business stakeholders to set priorities and deliver measurable improvements.
